Accessible Seating:
The venue is accessible to disabled patrons. All disabled customers must be accompanied by an able bodied helper, who should stay with them at all times. The helper will be admitted free of charge. This is for health and safety requirements, to ensure safe evacuation in the event of an emergency. Customers should arrive at the venue ten minutes before doors open (19:00 for gigs) and report to either the box office or stewards on the front door. This is to allow customers helper to pick up a guest ticket and for the customer to be shown to wheelchair access. More information on building policy will be distributed on arrival at the venue. Due to the old design of the building there is no wheelchair access upstairs. Please inform the venue in advance of attendance by calling (0141) 418 3000 (press 0 for an operator at the main menu).
